While the boss man’s out in the Med topping up the bronze (and probably pretending he’s in a music vid), Team Olima Omega is back at HQ…sweating buckets 🥵. But don’t worry, we’ve still managed to serve you up your regular dose of Omega madness.

💪 Big Lifts and Even Bigger Laughs with Eddie Hall: Eddie said: “C’mon lads, let’s get a little workout in.” What he meant was: let’s spend the day in a proper muscle gym, surrounded by blokes the size of industrial fridges, filming skits between sets. Euan and Luci were on cameras…though Euan looked liked the only bloke in the building who’s ever ordered a skinny oat latte.
